Candle Care Tips

Please ensure you follow these safety steps when using our candles.

1. The first burn is the most important! Allow enough time for the wax to melt all the way to the edge of the container. Otherwise, your candle will tunnel for every subsequent burn and the life of your candle will drastically decrease.

2. Trim your wick before each burn to avoid carbon build up.

3. Do not leave your candle unattended and DO NOT burn for more than 4 hours at a time.

4. If you cannot smell the aroma, the jar may be too small for that area. Consider burning multiple candles to increase aromatic benefit.

ORDER PROCESSING

Radiate Candles & Cosmetics currently has a 24-48 business hours processing time for all orders. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority mail from our shop in Houston, TX.

Business hours are Monday to Friday & any order placed over the weekend will be processed as soon as we return to the shop on Monday!

We do not ship on nationally celebrated holidays.

We will offer free USPS shipping for all orders over $50 with promo code listed on the homepage.

You will receive a shipping notification with tracking information once your order has left our hands.
